In my inagural episode of Nurturing Nature y Nosotras, I speak with my dear friend Lily. We’ve know each other for three (!!!) years now, and she’s blossomed into a passionate creator that combines powerful philosophy and mindfulness to facilitate shared lived experiences.

I’ve been a student of her philosophy during her events, and I know that after watching this video, you’ll find her wisdom as magnetic and inspiring as I do.

Through her ceremonias, workshops, and events, Lily gives back to her community by leading breathwork, yoga, and meditative moments.
